I have used multiple ford dealers for my service for various reasons with this truck the last few years. This was by far the best experience I have had. In addition to my oil change I asked for a quote on new tires. When I picked up my vehicle I had the quote attached to my service order to review and make a future decsion. Most dealerships are very pushy when it comes to other services and I did not experience that here. I did receive recommended services however so that I'm aware of what I need to do. I also have experienced very disorganized dealerships with multiple people dealing with my service. I had the same service representative throughout the whole process this time. Due to my previous experiences with the dealership I was not planning on getting my tires and Alignment done there however based off this experience I may now. Even had a friendly positive experience with the lovely lady that rang up my bill. Management must be doing something right. Please keep it up!
