My vehicle was serviced on 30 November 2018. I checked the oil level on 2 December 2018 after the vehicle had sat in my garage overnight. The oil level was in the tip of the dipstick. I topped it off myself with about 2 quarts of oil, that brought the level to the upper level of the hash marks on the dipstick.
I have already spoken with the service advisor to inform him. He was willing to have it looked at real quick but I assured him it wasn’t necessary as I have already taken care of it, I just wanted him to be aware. He even spoke with the tech that serviced it an called me back and I appreciate that.

Service is too expensive. Can get much cheaper service in Rolla or Lebanon at Ford Dealera. Also none of the service staff know what the extended service plan that I was charged more than $2,000 covers. If the service department staff doesn't know why is it being offered? I will be taking my business to another dealership.

I scheduled my 2012 Ford F250 to have multiple recalls completed on it to include an update to the PCM. The recalls were completed promptly and was told the truck was GTG and ready to be picked up.
I started my truck and immediately realized something was wrong as my check engine light was on and my dash display indicated a warning that my truck was operating at a reduced capacity. I attempted to drive it, however realized it would only go about 5 mph.
After returning to the service desk and discussing with Mr. Choate realized that the PCM update recall caused my SCT tuner to no longer recognize my truck resulting in the check engine light and reduced engine/operating capacity.
After about an hour on the phone with SCT, I had to ship the tuner back to them to have it reprogrammed. This process at best will take one week to complete and leave me without my daily driver to work. I will also have to pay the reprogram fee of up to $200.
The reason I was not satisfied with the service at Sellers-Sexton was that when a service like this is conducted the service personnel should ask questions like, "Does your truck have a tuner or any other special modifications?" as this is a recall affecting thousands of F250s and many have aftermarket tuners installed.
Also, I was not offered a ride on the courtesy shuttle back to work on FLW or even a car to drive until I was able to get my truck fixed.
I take responsibility for not notifying the service personnel that I had a tuner, however believed that if a recall like this would impact my truck in this way, the experts would ask the right question(s) to mitigate a situation like this occurring.
I don't know if anything will be done with this feedback, but ask that in the future, for trucks needing this recall performed, that you would ask the right questions to prevent this from occurring again.

The technical expertise is phenomenal. The common courtesy is top of the line. I totally rely on them to take care of my vehicle. All I do is drive it with reassurance knowing that I am driving the best car ever serviced for ultimate safety. The courtesy shuttle driver is awesome too. It's a family-owned business but we are all really family. At least that's the way they all make me feel.
