Car service was great. Only 1 comment I need to say is that I respect that the service people need to drive the vehicle but I don’t appreciate my seat and steering wheel being moved.

Apparently Fords server was down, so my radio could not be updated and now I have to bring it back again. Highly possible it may be down again. Other than that my service was fine. Not thrilled when I was told it would cost $79 to update the touch screen system...are you kidding me? Trucks two years old and I bought the extended coverage.
