While your team completed the repair and had the rear camera changed, i was not happy with the final bill. I have an extended warranty on 3 vehicles and have had atleast 10 repairs over the last 6-7 years. I have never, never been charged taxes on an extended warranty repair at other dealers. Except at Auffenberg. I also have never been charged a $10 fee to do work on my car. That is what labor is for. You all rotated tires and replaced the rear camera. When i look at this repair and how you all fail to follow Kia recommended service in the owners manual (always trying to upsell service). I am done with Kia and Auffenberg. We love the sorento but its getting old and i cant just take my vehicle in a do the maintenace according to the manual...
