Communication was lacking. Multiple attempts were made to get an update resulting in leaving messages on voicemail with no return calls. I had to call and select office personnel in order to speak to a person.

Well first of all, I was at your dealership for 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for a coolant flush on my vehicle. That seems excessive. When I was given the keys to me car, it was much, much dirtier than when I dropped it off. 2 miles had been put on my car. Apparently, in those two miles, the driver used my windshield wipers (for unknown reasons), and because I only have water in the reservoir and not wash fluid, my windshield was very streaky and the water used had water spotted on my hood and around the windows and down the sides of my fenders. Again...not sure why they were used to begin with. Finally, someone also wiped the front of my car with paper towel. I can tell because of the slight scratches and swirl marks that smeared the hand prints that were/had been there. Whoever worked on my car also failed to use the protective mat to cover the fenders, as there was greases/sweat/dirt smeared on the front side of my car as well. I’m amazed they would turn the car back to me in this condition. I understand a road test for many situations, but don’t see how one would be needed in this case....but even if it was, whoever drove it left it much dirtier than when I dropped it off. I know this because I am VERY particular about my car.
I will need to try using some swirl mark remover to get the paper towel and hand print marks off my hood and fenders. NOT a good experience. At Oliver joseph, it’s farhter away, but they have a bay window where you can watch your vehicle being worked on. I probably need to go back to that option.
