Unfortunately, the worst experience with a Service Departmenti I’ve ever had. The work was unprofessional, lacked attention to detail, and had absolutely no quality control. The work was late and incomplete. As the customer, I should not have to point out clearly visible sections of the vehicle that were not put together properly...on two separate visits for the same thing. I previously purchaed vehicles through Auffenberg and had good experiences. This was not the case either Auffenberg Jeep. Had I known the Service Department was that poor, I would not have purchased my Jeep through Auffenberg. I cannot recommend Auffenberg Jeep to friends and family and I will also lodge a complaint with USAA car buying service.

First, Doug is great, my issue is with the driver dash speaker. Technician's fix was to adjust all the bass out of my equalizer and turn the treble up. Guess what, speaker is still blown. Not sure why a more in depth approach wouldn't be taken here.
