I was happy with the guy who waited on me but I am not happy that my brand new car that I've had for a year and a half needs 4 new tires. I bought an upper end CRV and the tires have 22000 miles and are shot. It's going to be a thousand dollar bill.

I had my car in December because it wasn't starting. I had to have it jumped 6 times while waiting for the starter to arrive. Last night leaving work at 11pm in the snow it didn't start again. I had to have it towed and take a $28 cab ride home. I was told the last starter you put in was defective. I also had to take a cab to pick up my car at your dealership today. I missed a doctor's appointment. It's been very irritating. I had my last civic which I bought from Saratoga Honda for 21 years and never had a problem. I'm just not happy at the moment
