Three people helped..
First when we arrived, the garage attendant gave us a slip for the inside desk
attendants. I then went inside and as I was waiting my turn, one of the workers how they could help. Lastly, one of the desk crew was free and took care of me. Every step of the way someone was there recognizing the customers. I have been a customer since 1999 and have always been satisfied with the attention and professional attitudes. Keep up the good work.

I had a 50.00 dollar off coupon. I received a coupon book from Saratoga Honda because of previous unsatisfactory service from my 2017 Honda Pilot purchase. When I presented my coupon, I was told it wasn’t really 50.00 dollars off. It was 15% off my total bill. The fine print was so small no one could read it. I continue to be dissatisfied with sales and service from you. When does it ever end? Does anybody really care???
