I am very disappointed with my service today at Saratoga Honda. My bill seemed extremely over priced. I agreed to two filters and was charged for four. I expected to pay $50-$60 and was charged over $160. I would like this bill reviewed ASAP.
I was also grossly misquoted on a bead seal for my tires. I found another quote much cheaper elsewhere in a matter of minutes. Then a manager told me the service person didn’t quote me correctly after I felt it necessary to find another establishment for that service, which is something I am getting more and more used to doing when being told things by Saratoga Honda.
At this point between the misquoting and inaccurate diagnoses for my car(s) I am not confident in the Saratoga Honda establishment. I am happpy to share previous poor experiences with my Pilot regarding an alignment and mounding order if needed.
Since I find it necessary to get additional quotes and second opinions for each thing I’m told is wrong with my vehicles I don’t have complete trust in your business anymore. It’s extremely disappointing and inconvienent.
I was told you price match, so I will get a quote for the services I was provided with today and will follow up in attempt to get back some of the money that I feel I’m owed. I will follow up with corporate if nesessary.
As a current owner of three Honda’s, and someone who has owned 4 previously, I have to say I am seriously disappointed with how things have been happening.

I brought my car in for tires. I left the car there at 1 pm and got a call at 2:36 pm that the car would not start and needed a starter. I said OK even though the car was starting for me with no problems. I told the service tech that I wanted the old starter when I pick up the car. She said OK no problem. She asked if they could have the car until 4:30 pm to get the work done. I said yes. I got a call at 5:30pm to come get my car. When I got there to pick up my car I was informed that a wheel stud broke off and was replaced at a cost of $57.50. I should have been called about this ahead of time. The service rep did remove the charge at my request. When the service rep went to get the old starter for me she said I would have to pay a $50 core charge. This was not told to me before when I said I wanted the old part. She said she did not know that there would be a core charge. I should have been given the old starter without having to pay the core charge since I was told I could have it. Overall the service was fine and the rep was nice and professional. I just think when a customer is told something ie: the time the car will be done and you can have the old parts that is what should happen.
