I always love coming to you guys. Always very friendly, my cousin Jordan used to work there. Melissa today at first came off very annoyed I was even there “wasting” her time by getting my oil changed and tires rotated. By the end when I cashed out she was decent. But I didn’t feel welcomed by her when I first walked through the doors. Maybe it was an off day or she had some issues at home. I strive for excellent customer service in my field, I didn’t feel that was her end goal today.
