I was in for service today. I had an issue with my windows being completely fogged over, which I have had in the past as well. Last time I was there I was told to not run the defrost if I could help it and just show it to the service rep when I pulled in, see attached video. The service rep told me I should be running the defrost and that would solve the problem. Unfortunately, that's not the solution as I have been doing that for the 4 years I have had the car. Another honda dealership had told me the issue was that I also needed to have the car pull air in from the outside as well. I have tried EVERY combination of instructions offered by your representatives but still found myself unable to see through my windows on my return trip down the northway today after leaving your dealership and being assured the issue was resolved . I had the defrost running on high, and the ac on, which I left running and had my heat turned all the way up but was still cold and the windows were still fogged over. Secondly, I read that you honor competitor's coupons for service, I had a coupon for Honda brake pads and rotors for $250, I spent more on just brake pads with the rotors being resurfaced. Would the attached coupon be per brake pad/rotor instead of for both rear brakes? Would that offer have been more expensive than the service you provided? I am frustrated and a bit confused. I cannot tell you how annoyed I was after leaving today!! Hope my appointment on Wednesday goes better. Trying to find out the basics of this repair was like pulling teeth.

Saratoga Honda went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service and automobile repair. The service writer I spoke to, Kyle, was very friendly and treated me fairly. The technician, Jeremy, came out and explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Saratoga Honda.
