Excellent service

I have already spoken with Shannon about my dissatisfaction with my car not appearing to have been washed. She was polite, receptive and has offered to not only rewash my car but vacuum it as well. I will be going back in on saturday and greatly appreciate the steps taken to rectify the situation.

Tom was extremely professional and fixed an issue with our pilot as soon as I brought it to his attention. I will continue to bring my vehicle in for service there.

Jordan did an excellent job. She was polite and attentive while I was being helped. She was able to answer any questions I had and assisted in locating a body shop for work that needed to be done on my car.

I called today at 2 and had an appointment for an inspection and oil change within 2hrs thank you for your excellent attention to my 2017 HRV

The service facilitator, Jordon was welcoming and thorough. My vehicle was completely serviced in a reasonable amount of time and returned washed and ready to drive. Very satisfied.

Brought my car there on a Saturday because my satellite radio wasn't working was there for two and a half hours they said they couldn't figure it out that they needed to talk to Honda tech which only is Monday through Friday. Drop my car off the following Thursday night and I had to send a message Monday afternoon around 3: 30 to see what was going on with my car and I got a reply back an hour and 45 minutes later saying great we figured out the problem it's your antenna but it won't be able to get it for a week so you can come get your car cuz we need the rental back. The only problem is I live an hour away I said I am not going to inconvenience myself and keep making trips out there until my vehicle is done. Miraculously it came within 2 days. which I really don't understand since they said it would be a week and all the sudden two days later the part is there. And then picking up my car I was told that everything was fine except my front tires had about 40% left and if it was the fall she would suggest that I needed new tires. which I kind of find hard to believe since when I bought the car it had brand new tires on it and they only have 11, 000 miles. so on my way home I got thinking if they were that bad why didn't they why wouldn't my tires be rotated. I just felt like I my experience was not well at all

While they we very professional, but they never updated the oil change sticker on my window. I still have the old sticker on my windows even though they change my oil and other services which end up being $350. That's not a good customer service representation!
