Gary was very helpful. He addressed the problem and replaced the door sills that were rusted. He gave me a suggestion as to check what’s going on with the malfunction of my CRV’s auto high beams and asked me to get back to him. Im still not happy with the lights. When you are driving there is a definite line where the lights stop and it’s dark above. When you are driving up a hill you cannot see at the top of the hill until you are there. I worry about deer and not being able to see them in time. Other than that I’ve been very happy with the service at Saratoga Honda.

I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience at Saratoga Honda ! Jordan was really professional and on top of things she got all the paperwork ready for me so I didn’t have to wait. She has so much energy and so uplifting to start your day right with a very nice knowledgeable person taking care of your car. The loaner was a huge help to have. I got text msg updating me about the status of the repair. People at The costumer service go above and beyond to help And I have to mention that I didn’t even buy my véhicule from them. I will never buy any other brand except Honda and Saratoga Honda is where I would go for service and purchase. I truly love Honda !!!!

This is Donna Dowling. I answered no because I was there 2 hours for an oil change and battery sensor change. I was told it would take 45 minutes. 2 hours would have been fine had I known, so I could plan accordingly. The work was done well but the unplanned wait detracts from the experience being satisfactory.

I returned because after replacing a half shaft the vehicle was pulling to the left. At no charge, it was realigned and is now tracking straight. Unfortunately, when a courteous wash was performed, my front plate was dislodged. This resulted in me having to make a 40 mile round trip to retrieve it. A service advisor did remount it though. It was just an inconvenience.
