First of all Tim told me the wrong information about what Honda can do with a cracked windshield. Then when I did finally get the van in for a windshield replacement he promised to do the safety recalls at the same time. Tim did not get the safety recall maintenance done on the van that was promised. He was rude and unprofessional when I submitted a coupon for the calibration maintenance that was required after the windshield replacement. He also attempted to charge me for a loaner vehicle when he said at the beginning was free of charge due to the recalls. I now have to bring the van in again to do the recalls. I am not happy about the service or Tim. I will not work with him again.

Yes very happy with everything. Initial receiving agent was friendly, helpful and go me on the correct path. Second member was informative and explained B6 changing of the differential fluid of which I thought early. When the job was done , which was very quick and ahead schedule He explained the process and included the differential oil change out for later completion. I thought that was very personal and helped me to remember it needed to be done. Very happy today. In and out. Thank you
