Long wait. Car was just in two days prior for fix. On my way home check engine light went on. Couldn’t get an appointment for two days. Unrelated issue that was missed at previous appointment two days earlier. $300 fix. Disappointing. People are always nice though.

The entire process was excellent. It began with the quick response from Laura West, to the interaction with Cameron Aust and including all the service staff whose names I did not have the pleasure to meet! Aside from the recall, I had an additional problem with the microphone and Cameron walked out from his position to attempt to determine the issue. I was impressed with his taking the extra step! The loaner vehicle made it so convenient so thanks. There are many Honda service locations I could go to but this exceptional service is what made me choose Saratoga Honda. Nice job!
