There was a major issue with my car. I had asked the service advisor to tell sales to call me because I was in the market for a truck. Four hours went by and never heard from sales so I called a Ford dealership and purchased a Ford F-150. I am not sure why my timing chain went on my 2012 Honda. My 2004 never had an issue with the chain.

My Insight has a recall due. I called to make an appointment to have it taken care of BUT when I arrived and went to the service desk, I was advised it would not be taken care of because the part wasn’t in stock! I had another person follow me from Latham so we were both inconvenienced and the work was not done. Why scheduled the car to be serviced if the part isn’t in stock?
