My vehicle was dropped off for oil change and tire check for slow leak. I asked for vehicle back by early afternoon. I phoned at 1:40 because I had not received an update. I left a message as prompted to do. I called again at around 4:15 to ask for an update. I was told at that time that the technician had just taken my vehicle in and that oil would be changed but tire would not be addressed due to service closing at 5pm. Service would be closed on Sunday so my car would need to remain until it could be assessed on Monday. I went to dealership and picked up my car just before 5pm because I could not be without a vehicle all weekend. Tire was said to have ? pin hole leak in sidewall and would require replacement which could not be done until sometime Monday. Tire was found to be overinflated to 48 psi when I retrieved my car and drove it home, and cover to valve was missing. Car was at dealership for 7 1/2 hours and no one ever called me or notified me. Apparently my paperwork was not looked at until 4pm when I phoned asking for an update. To say that I am disappointed in the service is an understatement. Not sure I want to bring the vehicle back to NE Acura for tire repair now based on this experience. Not really sure if they even actually identified the leak area given the timing and I am out a valve cover now as well.
