Vicky and the rest of the staff were very nice and accommodating the best they could be.
I called yesterday after noticing a bolt in my tire. I was able to get in today for an appt. The technician said that I would need a new tire (as the bolt was in a location that couldn’t be patched - figured such). Vicky informed me that they did not have any tires (said they sold 4 this morning) and that there was no loner car available. She did offer a shuttle but with an 8month old in tow, a shuttle wasn’t an option. Ended up taking an additional hour for someone to go pick up a tire (15 minutes in both directions) and then for install. So all in 2 hours from my appt time. I understand situations happen but to not have tires or a loner car available is quite stressful - luckily my son didn’t have a meltdown until we got in the car and he spared everyone in the waiting room. Again, Vicky was very kind in updating me throughout, I just find the whole course of events subpar.
