Bob and all the service guys are fantastic. They had every right to be annoyed but nope, took my last second appointment on an inspection, did it with urgency when I desperately needed to get done. My scheduled appointment on 08/23/2021 2:06 pm for an oil change, when I arrived I informed the young man that I needed to leave by 3pm, it took an hour and a half to do an oil change 3:40 pm
I asked that my front passenger tire be looked at for a possible slow leak
( I put air in that tire 3 days prior and the check tire pressure light message appeared on my way to my appointment)
Not only was I unable to get a new tire on because of the time, but the technician returned my truck and let me leave without putting air in the tire
I had to do myself after leaving the Dealership! Unacceptable
I had to ask several times for my truck, that I had to leave. The staff was unkind and unconcerned. Needless to say I will be getting all my tires replaced elsewhere

Couldn’t start my car when I picked it up, your guy said it was probably because they left the hazard lights on to get washed. I drove it home, half hour, left it overnight and it won’t start again.
3 services that you identified when you checked it in, I was not told about and no service was done while my car was there for 2 days.
