I was not impressed with Tim Veeder. I felt “hustled “ by him. I am used to the calm, caring of Chris with a nicer, more informative presence. Tim acted with the typical “used car salesman” approach which is off putting and frankly not the usual vibe at Northeast Acura that I am used to an comfortable with. No offense, but you can get that approach anywhere. I don’t expect it at Northeast Acura.

This is not a complaint as I am satisfied with my service appointment today. I am very careful with my cars interior and have on two occasions asked for a paper floor mat to be used. John was very nice and found one the last time I was in for a new battery. Apparently, they are no longer kept in the service area. Today when I picked up my car there was a brown paper bag on the floor and mud on the mat. I do feel that this is a simple request.
