When I dropped off the car I told the service rep that one of the tires was low and needed to be filled. When I got the car back I saw that the low pressure tire was rotated to a different position but was still low. The rep was apologetic and filled up the air pressure. However, it makes me wonder what else is overlooked. A while back, one of the tires lugnuts weren't tightened. Luckily I discovered it while I was on the on ramp to the northway. One of your cars came to get me as the tire was shaking. Luckily I pulled over before the wheel fell off.
I appreciate the coffee and snacks but I want to feel that I'm leaving with a safe car. Attention to detail.

They forgot to clean/ dust the driving wheel shaft and the outside of the glove box and the cup holder wasn’t thoroughly cleaned also last time the steering wheel was nice and polished, but this time barely noticeable.For $200 I thought more effort should have been put into it. Also can you check to see if I had a state inspection still unused in the plan I bought because I was charged for it. Chris was excellent it’s not his fault on the detail. Thank you.
