Chris handled things well and the work was done as requested and agreed. Thank you.
But, I received emails through the day about findings and work completion. I rarely check emails and thought I’d receive calls or texts as I have in prior visits.
I learned late that work was done and when I arrived at 545, the service area was closed which surprised me. Nice man in office helped find receptionist who didn’t seem to have it all sorted out and couldn’t review work the way service team can.
I think everything is fine but I didn’t leave feeling as confidently as I normally do. Quality work is mandatory, confidence is what I seek from the Acura team.
