He was very helpful and informative. I was attempting to purchase 4 new tires for my Acura but the store only had the very expensive Michelin tires in stock so I chose to not buy the tires at Acura. He did offer alternative choices but I chose not to get these very expensive tires at this time. Based on the seriousness of the condition of my tires he made it clear I needed to do act quickly. I did. I was able to purchase less expensive tires, but appropriate for my car and got home safely thanks to him becuz I had no idea it was as bad as he said. It was ... I am grateful for his advice and the time he took to convince me of what I needed to be safe.
