Not only did they take me right in, like I was at a pit stop for a tire change in a race, but they went beyond the call of duty when they washed my weathertech floormats I bought to protect the leased RDX.. AND.. they gave me my beloved TLX to drive while it was being taken care of !! I had an 05 TL that I refused to replace until I hit a deer and HAD to.. but I kept it, fixed it, and resold it to a good home, and OH, how I miss that car. THANK YOU NE ACURA for making my day so easy to get this car in and out. While I was there, I saw energetic employees who might be new. I wish I got her name, but could definitely describe her. She was impressive. Good help is hard to find, so recognize these people when you find them and keep them !! I will definitely be leasing my next vehicle with NE Acura. you must have the television in the waiting room ON by 8am....been through this many times...so many times that I know you have to go upstairs and turn a switch on in the server room....every time nobody knows what to do...show me where it is and I will do it myself...nothing like sitting in a silent room...

I responded to the text I received when service began on my car not to wash the car and this request was not received or not followed. I have not been satisfied with the quality of the washes in the past and always request that it be skipped for my car. There are visible scratches in the paint as a result and this is unacceptable.
