I drove 2 hours round trip to have my tire fixed. A harrowing drive home today from Lake George to Long Island as the pressure in my supposedly fixed tire slowly dropped. Hopefully don’t wake up with a flat and need to have car towed to the shop tomorrow. When it comes to tires they are either 100% fixed or they aren’t fixed at all. Poor job. If I need to replace the tire or pay for another patch I’ll be looking for a refund.

Bumper protection was put on sloppily, and has bubbles and grime underneath, like a bad job on a cell phone glass protector. mud flaps were not screwed on tight. Spent nearly $600 for this and lubrications of brakes..pretty

It was my first time going to Acura. Just purchased used 2018 MDX from out of state and needed inspection. Ryan was incredibly friendly, did not rush me, asked if I had any questions about the new vehicle and made me feel comfortable while I waited and showed me around. The wait time was much less than anticipated! I’m looking forward to having to go there for service and not anxious about bothering anyone like other places have made me feel. Steve was very professional and responsive throughout the service appointment. When I arrived I inquired in to the length of the service. Steve said he did not know but would ask a technician and get back to me, which I greatly appreciated as I had commitments in the afternoon and live 90 minutes away so needed to know how to plan. Steve promptly came back and said I’d be out in 2 hours. 2 hours later Steve came in and apologized and said it would be another 45 minutes. While I was surprised it was taking so much longer than originally quoted, I again appreciated Steve letting me know so I could push back my commitments at home accordingly. Obviously not Steve’s fault, but it was a full 3 1/2 hours by the time I left. I’m not sure what complications may have arisen, but if I knew that this service would have taken this long I would have made other plans or rescheduled. Again, Steve was great about trying to keep me updated.
