Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied with the service we had experienced today We had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change After an hour of waiting my husband and I stepped outside to only find out our car was not even being worked on. I questioned the service office and was told more or less appointment meant nothing ...he told us it was as if we made a reservation at a restaurant...you don’t always get seated right away Really !! A sorry would have been nice Two hours for an oil change was not acceptable We have purchased two Acura’s over a 10 year period and felt very dissatisfied today

Had car towed there. Only thing wrong was no crank and no fuel pump prim noise. Everything else was fine...now I have major issues with my csr after picking up my car..Robert was very insulting as to blame me for my car already having those issues which is did NOT. Now I have no horm, abs light on. Check engine, VSA light, brake light, and im supposed to be satisfied with this service i paid $867 for.
