Bob was extremely helpful. He broke down to me everything that I needed to know about the repair and what my options were. He called me and gave me updates on the progress. He was very calm mannered and extremely knowledgeable. Great person to have a conversation with. I had a very good experience with Northeast Acura and hope to be back real soon to upgrade my current TL to the new TLX.
