With my car being with northeast for almost 3 weeks after 1 week I requested a spoiler that northeast installed be refastened for the 4th or 5th time since install. This wasn't done. Figured my car might get cleaned too but no biggie. I'm very satisfied in all other respects and always fine the staff at northeast to be very friendly, clear communicators and straight shooters.
