Thank you for doing my oil change and state inspection. I was disappointed in being told that nothing can be done about my voice activation system. Neither myself not my wife are able to use it. All we get is a 'pardon'. My wife has it on her Mercedes and it works fine. The Acura system ****. Also I still get an occasional clunk in the front brake, but was told they found nothing. I will put it on the lift and find out what the problem is. I did not expect this of a new Acura. Thanks Renato

I was shocked to know the rear break bulb was broken and it costs $40 and exchange to replace it. However, Bob was very nice to give me a discount on NY inspection. So the Final price was cheaper than it was supposed to be. However, I looked up online. I can get 2 light bulbs for $5 in Walmart or auto zone. So even w discount on ny inspection, it’s still way more expensive than being reasonable.
