The service member Stephen Smith who assisted me was very insinuating, rude and I feel he is prejudice. The encounter before this with Stephen Smith he told me my extended warranty WOULDNT COVER the work I needed, which was UNTRUE! It was indeed covered.
I prefer not to interact with him again when I come to have my vehicle serviced. He is blatantly prejudice, unprofessional and rude. He did not give me my correct paperwork to show the work I had done that day which I verbally requested at the time of service. I don’t know if that is a qualification that is required to work for Northeast Acura of Latham NY, yet I always feel discriminated against and feel the prejudices.
