Cale has always been great every time I have brought my car in. He greets me kindly. He even asked how I have been liking my new car that I bought a year ago from Serra. He talks to me with respect and always explains everything going on so that I can make an informed decision that is best for me. It’s great to always see a familiar face every time I bring my car in!
