I came in for routine service and a recall and was informed that the wrong part was not in stock. I received a notice from Honda that it was available. Not a good experience. Also asked for the tires to be rotated and they told me that it wasn’t recesary. I requested it be done based on the schedule. I had to send it back to be completed. Al would not happy to hear this and I’m sure Joe knows better. Great company but it looks like it would need some help.
