While I appreciate the service done for my car, I can’t help but feel that I got ripped off at the dealership. I have always brought my car here for repairs and I realized that I paid double for what it usually costs to get a repair like this done. I’m seriously considering not coming back Serra Honda Grandeville. While I understand that the reps have a job to get done, I don’t feel that it’s cool to take advantage of your customers
