I purchased and had installed a new battery on Dec 6. That battery failed on January 2. I had to make an appointment, get my car jumped, drive to your place of business, leave my car to get the battery replaced. When I picked up my car I got the impression I should be pleased that you didn’t charge me again. Dwain was polite as he always is and I’m sure my frustration was evident. He did his best to assure me that this won’t happen again. But, I am certainly not satisfied that I get a faulty battery and had to live without a vehicle for two days. First world problems.
