I wish we felt that Serra Honda was forthright regarding needed repairs. What I brought the car in for was not fixed. I spent $99.00 NOT to get my car fixed. The safety inspection seemed to be a way to get more business in my opinion.

I really enjoyed working with Cale. He went above and beyond to communicate with me about the car and the cost of repairs. He made sure I made it to my hair appointment and when it appeared I would not be able to pick my son on time he made sure I could get a ride to my parents house so I could access a car and pick him up. I will be calling Cale again to work with him on our other car. Very happy with my service at Honda Serra.
