Brought my Ridgline in due to a sticky tailgate, which is inoperable when frozen. Techs told me to bring it back when frozen even tho it was obviously sticky when they tried to open it. They said they would look at it to see what was wrong and then order parts. When finished they said they could do nothing with it because it worked and to bring it back when frozen. They charged me $100 and sent me on my way. I think that is bullcrap as there is certainly something wrong with the lower latch and they knew that as it stuck when they opened it. They wasted my time and money today. I am currently looking for a new truck and the only reason I do not buy a new Ridgeline at this moment is because of your service department as this is not the first time I have been disappointed.
