Jesse Scott did a good job representing Serra Honda to me. The car needed the brake system serviced. I dropped the car off and returned 2 hours later to pick it up. It was ready. The brakes are like new after all rotors were turned. Jesse said the shoes did not need replacement. I appreciate they did no unnecessary work, which makes me feel I can trust the Serra Service Dept. Great job all around!

Cali was nice and helpful but the over two hour wait for service that I made an appointment for and for service that had not totally fixed the original problem was irritating. Add to that that I drive from Holland it makes me want to look around for a different service provider. This is not the first time I have had problems with your service.
