Well I went in for a recall -hoping that was done -I really don’t have a way of knowing !! But with my car in they text me about my brakes say they needed to be done ??so I took it to my shop that has always taken care of my cars and they pulled it in and took off the tires and called me to tell me they didn’t need to be done at this time .I’m a little confused why I was told by your shop I needed them done ??? The thing is I just bought a new crv from there just a few months ago !! If this happens again I really won’t be back for my next car ! Disappointed ????

I ask for him. He is always fair and helpful. He doesn’t just sell more services but talks of where things are all with the vehicle and the smartest ways to approach maintenance: I.e. not just doing something because timing says to but the condition of the vehicle.

The oil change was completed in a timely manner, which was good. I have been regularly getting oil changes from you guys for years and had no problems. However, this time they noted a running board light out on my rear and asked if I wanted them to replace it. I declined and thanked them for noticing. They continued to push the matter until I looked the man in the eye and very forcefully said "I will go to Autozone and replace it myself, I know how". He then followed up with "I don't want you to get pulled over for something silly like that". It was still light outside, it wouldn't have mattered. It was NOT a brakelight. It was extremely unprofessional to keep pushing the matter and made me want to start getting oil changes elsewhere. I understand asking, but please respect customers responses. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know how to change a light bulb in my car.
