No need to contact me. Overall your service is good. However, whenever I get my tires rotated 1-2 of the lugnutd need to be tightened. This happens after I drive the car for a little bit. Also, it took roughly an hour for a scheduled oil change. It could have been a little shorter but there may be some precautions (covid) taken place. Overall I'm happy. Thx.
