As always Dwain was great. Always friendly and helpful. My issue is with how long it took for my oil change. My appointment was at 1:00. Approximately 2:10 I went to ask how much like longer it was going to take. Dwain immediately hopped up and went over to ask them if my car was done. As I watched him I noticed my car was sitting there and one of the guys was standing eating a piece of pizza. They told him my car was ready and as Dwain was completing my paperwork the guy (the one that was eating pizza) pulled my car around front. I completed my paperwork and when I left I noticed the same guy was back over there (where they change your oil) standing there eating another piece of pizza. I totally understand that employees definitely get a chance to eat their lunch but maybe not right out where customers can see it. To me it gave the impression that he was supposed to be working but wasn’t. Also I’m not sure how long my car had been done before I asked about it. I just got the impression that my both of the guys working in the oil change area weren’t working as efficiently as the times before when I brought my car in. I could be totally off base but that is just my impression. As I stated earlier Dwain is/has always been a fantastic guy to work with. He does his job well. I was just disappointed it took an hour and 10 minutes to get my oil changed.
