Communication was the worst did not communicate when warranty department was behind a day. The. Vehicle was going to be done on a Friday or Saturday got call Friday that would not be done till Monday ok fine but Monday come around called at 12:30 to tell me parts were wrong ones they knew in morning but didn’t tell me. Tuesday let me know 12:30 car just needs test drive then will be done 3:30 car is done finally long test drive I guess. There was no sorry or anything reached out twice to service manager no call back after voicemail. Emailed service manager no email or call back worst communication work was good but just need to work on communication. Picked vehicle up nothing was gone over Randy was not there to communicate anything so not his fault but someone could of explained what was done.
