Because I couldn’t afford the $200 for the entire 45,000 mile check up, all I know is that I have oil in my car in a new air filter and one bad tire. I do not know if they checked anything else whatsoever in the vehicle other than that. And because of the price range of the oil change, I will probably take my car business elsewhere. I did not whatsoever appreciate Randy’s attitude and this is not the first time I e had issues with him. No I totally understand the importance of vehicle maintenance, I also understand my own financial situation. The last time I was in, the service man was understanding and help me out with getting even teeniest extra done on my vehicle. Randy, absolutely not.
