Today I stopped into Honda to address a few questions and set up an oil change.Honestly Dwaine as always had answers. I thought when the tine comes for a different car I will most likely choose another Honda because they take such good care of my car. Dwaine is the best. Very happy with Jamie!! My rental car is getting me a tire pressure warning’s. It made for kind of a nerve-racking day of not sure if my tire will go flat even after checking it several times. Jamie was gone by the time I had dropped off the rental and someone else helped me check out. I let him know the issues that were going on and was hoping to receive some kind of discount for my rental. He thought because I got such a good price on my quotes for repairs that I would not get anything off my rental. He asked if I wanted him to talk to his manager. I agreed and waited. He came back with the rental totally taken off. I was very happy for the outcome. We have two Hondas and I’ve been very happy with the customer service there. I would’ve appreciated a little bit more effort and understanding from the other service guy. However I was thankful that the manager understood.

Mr. Williams was fine. The problem I had was the fact that I was offered a special price on oil changes from when I purchased and have been coming there since owning my vehicle. When I dropped off my car I mentioned I was on that discounted plan. No one said anything. Then when I paid I was told it ended last week. Also your website says tire rotation for $10. I asked after I paid and was told that was $12. I feel that it wasn't up front on your pricing. So needless to say I am disappointed.
