Supposedly the battery is at 10% and it was urgent we get a new one. The service guy told my wife he would be surprised if the car would start to leave. Well, the car started fine and has already again since then. We will see how long it continues to start. If it lasts a long time we will know that we were given dishonest information and there was an attempt to scam us into buying something we don’t need.

I had an appointment for oil change at 11:15 am. It took almost two hours for completion. I was late for work because of this. I have done this several times before and it usually took an hour. Another lady had to wait two hours also. Mr. Williams was very polite and I told him I knew it was not his fault. He helped the situation. He told me they got behind. I made an appointment so I could get in and get out to make it to work at 1:00 PM. I have always had a good experience at Serra and this is the first time of a problem. Thank you.

You’re Team was 1.5 days late from the original agreement.
You’re Team didn’t call me back when as they agreed that they would.
You’re Team didn’t discount the price in regards to their repeated mid promises.
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being excellent customer service I would give your Team a 3-4!!!
Put simply your Team failed miserably in the customer service Dept.
It’s to early to tell if the repair made is a permanent fix...
You’re Team charges a premium price and you delivered subpar service.
If you own this organization I can only say good look you might want to look for a better investment.
