It was not Jamie's service that was bad. I made an appt and it still took 2.5 hours. I also bought the cross bars (luggage rack on top) and one was dirty.

Acts like a gentleman opening the doors for me as my hands were full. Escorted me to my car where it was blocked in by the oil truck. Told me to call him for any car problems that I have in the future. I give him high marks for a job well done above and beyond expectations.

Service was very slow despite having a scheduled appointment time for the oil change. James offered a no charge because this has happened a couple time. Much appreciated. Hopefully scheduled oil changed will be kept on time going forward. We waited over an hour for the van to even get into the bay after the scheduled time.

I like having the feeling that I’m being spoiled I can’t say that of the last people that I purchased a car from first thing I try to do is to nail my **** to the wall pardon my English tried to sell me a third brake light that was 350 something dollars and I didn’t even need one as soon as I drove into your dealership when I bought my car a while little bit ago I was met by your salesmanAnd he was more than helpful in getting my car going purchased had troubles with the title finally to get rid of all that garbage and it’s been a treat ever since the car is fantastic and the service department is been just totally great oh I’m getting spoiled I like that thanks for everything you guys are great
