Why are the only two choices completely satisfied or not. I was satisfied overall, but whoever installed the wire harness on my Passport left a surface scratch on my black plastic bumper that appears white and I can’t get it off. My vehicle had zero blemishes before I came and I should have left with zero blemishes. That’s my only concern.

Super pleased with the work your service team did on my vehicle.
