When I had a problem last month with my car not starting, I specifically knew it was not the battery. It was only a year old and I had it tested before bringing it to the dealership. However, the dealership told me it was the battery and had me replace it. Not even one month later, my car is back with the same problems. This time, I was told, was an issue with the starter. I feel certain that my battery never truly needed replacing and that I was taken advantage of. Thankfully, Randy was able to give me a discount on my starter. It’s been extremely frustrating to have a car in for repair/maintenance 3 months in a row.
