I’m very satisfied overall with Serra Honda. My concern stems from the surprise charge of 10% added to my bill for shop supplies. I asked the service rep what shop supplies were needed to recalibrate the camera(s) after the windshield was replaced? He simply said that misc. charge is added to every invoice. I paid it, but I would appreciate a more detailed explanation. Please respond via email; Thank you.
