Duane did a good job ion finally facilitating the fixing of my brakes. I have brought my crv in three times before to have the wheel heating up and burning without success. This time Duane pushed the mechanics to go farther and and finally found and solved the problem even though the repair cost me over $800 dollars. I appreciate Duane and his efforts.
