Well I brought my car there for an oil change. They tried to sell me a transmission service but I didn’t need because I’ve had it done 4000 miles ago there and told me I needed a front end alignment. Got the car back and had four different tire pressures ranging from 33 to 42 pounds of air in the tires. They had changed my snow tires over for me while it was there which was helpful. I ahead and bought the front end alignment but obviously with tire pressures that far off I’m not sure I really needed it. Oh and by the way they forgot to do the oil change. I figured that out on my own because the sticker in the window wasn’t changed nor was the dash reset. Pull the dipstick and yeah it was still dirty oil. Next time maybe a little less focus on the upsell and just do what I brought the car in for. Cathy
